Das Hostel war nicht sauber, im Bad waren beide Schubladen unter den Waschbecken voll mit allem Möglichen. Die Toiletten waren schmutzig und waren dann auch noch verstopft. Die Vermieterin hat sich zwar sofort um die Behebung des Problems gekümmert, das hat aber sehr lange gedauert und am Ende sollten wir dann Schuld sein. Man sagte uns dann, das wir kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen solle. Letztendlich gab es eine Erstattung von 20%. Die Küche war auch schmutzig und es macht einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck. Man hat uns unterstellt, wir würden ein 5-Sterne Horel verlangen, aber das ist nicht der Fall gewesen. Aber Sauberkeit ist wichtig. Unter den Betten und an den Kopfteilen war alles voller Haare und Staub. WLAN gab es auch nicht, der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und unser Code der Haustür wurde an den Mieter über uns weiter gegeben, der dann um 1.30h nachts versucht hat rein zu kommen.
