Large holiday home by the sea with sauna, boat and internet

This beautiful spacious, red and white holiday home offers you a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday in the coastal idyll of Bergkvara between Kalmar and Karlskrona.



The holiday home with year-round standard is situated slightly elevated, with a magnificent view and offers good space for up to eight people with its four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is equipped with conveniences such as high-speed internet, smart TV, dishwasher, and washing machine.



All rooms are located on one floor. Adjoining the living room is a spacious glazed veranda and a terrace. On the large plot of land, there is a wood-fired Finnish sauna with space for four to six people. Through the trees, one can discover the sea and listen to the song of the seagulls.



From here, you go down just a few minutes to the water, where you can swim, sunbathe, and grill. In the small boat harbour, a boat is ready for you, with which you can explore the skerries, go fishing, or head to one of the offshore islands. A boat motor is also available here. This can be rented extra on request.



On the spacious plot, there are, among other things, two parking spaces directly at the holiday home. To reach the accommodation, you drive past a horse paddock, where you might be greeted by the proud horses if you're lucky. At the back on the terrace, you look out over meadows and fields, where red deer or even the occasional moose are not uncommon visitors.



You have various games and bicycles (older ones) at your disposal, with which you can explore the wonderful coastal landscape with hiking and cycling paths.



Just a few minutes away, you will reach Dalskär in Bergkvara, where you can dine comfortably in the summer with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. There is also a bathing area and a beautiful small harbour, from where you can, for example, participate in a small seal safari (depending on the season), if the cute animals have not already shown themselves during your boat trip. There is also a small campsite, with a small mini-golf course, outdoor pools and rental + sale of practical holiday items.



In the opposite direction from the house, one finds one of the best golf courses in southern Sweden and the associated restaurant after just a few kilometres.

Due to its location, only about 25 minutes from Kalmar and 35 minutes from Karlskrona, the house is also suitable as a company accommodation if you have business nearby.
