The open floor plan, which includes the dining room and gourmet kitchen, creates the perfect space for entertaining both small and large groups. Directly off of the Great Room is a 1000 sq foot wrap-around deck that enables guests to easily relax, entertain and/or dine in both spaces simultaneously.

Complete with beautiful furnishings, flat screen TVs, Gas BBQ, large outdoor space, private waterfront access and boathouse with a private dock access, this impeccably maintained home will impress even the most discriminating of renters.

Luxury stay in the country

This was our second stay at this well-appointed cabin on Lake Freeman because we enjoyed it so much the first time! The hosts are great at communicating everything we needed to know for our stay, responsive with questions, and they provided so many unexpected extras that you don’t usually find like toiletries, kitchen items, laundry items, indoor games, books and all the outdoor toys too! 5 separate bedrooms and a full bath on each of the 3 floors allowed everyone in our family (4 adults and 2 teens) to spread out and have their own space if they needed and a giant great room/kitchen and a large outdoor deck to hang out together in. Great place to stay!

Mike lives in Monticello, IN, on Lake Freeman, just north of the rental home, but we have taken over most of the day to day management of the property. We all love to entertain and meet new people. We also love to vacation and enjoy meeting others who love to vacation as well.

Why they chose this property

Our property was custom built, with great pride, in 2010. It was built with a vision of Aspen log living. It is warm and inviting. Our home provides amenities not normally included in most rental homes. We find it very accommodating. You and your family will enjoy your stay , and we will do everything we can to make sure you have a positive experience!

What makes this property unique

The home sits on a quiet cove that allows easy access for docking your boat. The calm water cove is great for swimming, rafting, paddle boating, or just floating in tubes!
