With approximately 80 m² of space, the holiday rental accommodates up to four people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area with an open kitchen create a pleasant sense of space and ideal conditions for relaxing days on Sylt.

The heart of the apartment is the large living and dining area, whose floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view over the thatched roofs to the Wadden Sea. Here, Nordic simplicity meets cosy elegance—comfortable sofas, warm lighting, and plenty of space for spending time together. The adjacent dining area is perfect for long breakfasts or social evenings, while the open kitchen, equipped with modern appliances (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee maker), offers everything you need for your holiday.
From here, you can enjoy the charm of the mudflats: the soft light, the tranquility, and the view of nature—a place where the hustle and bustle of everyday life fades away.

Two bedrooms ensure restful nights: The first features a comfortable double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), and the second has two separate single beds—ideal for friends, children, or guests who want more space. Both rooms are lovingly designed, bright, and situated in a quiet location.

The first bathroom is bright and modern, featuring a spacious shower and clean lines. Although it has no window, its light colour scheme and harmonious lighting make it feel warm and inviting—perfect for starting your day.
The second bathroom captivates with its nostalgic charm: soft pink tiles, a cosy bathtub, and a window that lets in natural light and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Here, you can take your time—a place for peace, warmth, and little moments of respite.

A special highlight of this holiday rental is the shared pool in the outdoor area—a true rarity on Sylt. Here you can cool off on warm days or relax and drift away after a walk through the Braderup Heath.

The apartment features a separate, sheltered terrace on the ground floor, surrounded by greenery—the perfect spot for breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening sun.

A private parking space (No. D7) is available right next to the house. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard at the designated bike racks (parking directly in front of the front door is not permitted).
