Bedrooms: 3 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds, and a sleeping area in the attic—our “barn” with a 1.40-meter French bed, additional mattresses, and plenty of attention to detail

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher

Living Area: Spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa (sofa bed for 2 people), flat-screen TV, and fireplace

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with showers; one also features a large bathtub

In just 5 minutes, you can reach the Spieljochbahn in Fügen—ideal for spontaneous days on the slopes. The Hochzillertal-Hochfügen Ski World (15 min.), Zillertal Arena (20 min.), and the Mayrhofen-Penken ski area (35 min.) offer skiers and snowboarders a variety of slopes. The nearby Karwendel ski areas, Lake Achensee, and the Skijuwel Alpbachtal (30 min.) also attract visitors with cross-country trails, ski tours, and snowshoe hikes.

Cool off at the Schlitterer swimming lake or the outdoor adventure pool in Fügen. Enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Lake Achensee or explore the Reintal Lakes.
