The house is in a well-kept residential complex above the small marina and fishing harbor of Caleta de Vélez, about 30 km east of Málaga. The golf course is right next door, and the beach is about a 5-minute drive away. Supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, banks, and the Saturday market are nearby.
