Super ruhige Lage, entweder ist man gut zu Fuss, auf dem Rad oder mit dem Auto unterwegs. Der Strand ist ca 15 Min mit dem Auto entfernt, Aldi, Edeka, Stolz und ein gigantischer Eisladen ca 10 Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze (2) vorhanden. 3 großzügige Schlafzimmer (1 im EG/2 im OG ) mit jeweils großem Schrank und gemütlichen Doppelbetten. Ein Zimmer im OG hat eine nette Sitzecke mit eigenem TV. 2 saubere und freundlich/helle Badezimmer mit Dusche (recht hoher Einstieg) Küche und Wohnzimmer sind in einem großen hellen Raum - direkt an der Terrasse gelegen und mit schöner großer Fensterfront und Blick ins Grüne. Küche ordentlich, gepflegt und funktional ausgestattet. Im Nebenraum steht ne Waschmaschine, für diese benötigt man 4 einzelne €€€ als kürzestes Programm. Waschmittel ist nicht inbegriffen. Im Abstellraum des Hause gibt es einen Wäscheständer und Klammern. Kommen wir wieder: Ja. 2026 war bereits unser 3. Urlaub hier. Wir reisen mit 3 Kindern (8/8/10) und 2-3 Erwachsenen. Für Menschen mit Geheinschränkungen ist das Haus eher nicht geeignet. Für Familien sehr wohl.
