General Information
The tourist tax is charged island-wide year-round and is not included in the rental price.
Bed linens and towels can be booked separately.
From November 1 through March 31, a flat-rate energy fee of €3.00 per person per day is charged.

Location Description
The apartment is so close to the beach that you just have to walk along the boardwalk and you’ll be able to sink your feet into the sand. At the South Beach, you can rent bicycles, beach chairs, and boats.

Additional Information
A maximum of two house-trained dogs are welcome to stay here. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or in the beds.

From 10.06.2026 through approximately the end of June, restoration work will be carried out on the ground floor following water damage; as a result, there may be noise disturbances between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
