Located in L'Île-Bouchard, Centre-Val de Loire, the renovated holiday home Le Gîte Écureuil (80 m²) is perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. You have a living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo machine. Amenities feature Wi-Fi, TV, heating in the living room, bedrooms and bathroom, washing machine, fan, and high chair. The interior is all on one level for added comfort. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra fee, payable on site.

Enjoy the private, sunny flower garden overlooking the Manse and the open terrace, perfect for outdoor meals with your own barbecue.



Street parking is available and public transport is within easy reach. Parties are not allowed; please keep the property clean and quiet. A tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot.



The hosts live on site but not in the rented accommodation. The gîte is in town yet peaceful, just steps from the Île-Bouchard sanctuary. You can visit the sanctuary and explore several nearby castles, including Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Rivau, Langeais, and Chenonceau.
