Jolie´s Cottage - your dog-friendly holiday home with sauna, garden and fireplac

Jolie's Cottage offers you and your four-legged friends a first-class retreat with a spacious 100 m² of living space in an idyllic village setting surrounded by nature in Moos-Weiler on Lake Constance. With its two bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for four, the holiday home is ideal for families with children, couples, or small groups who value comfort and a relaxing stay. The accommodation is spread over two floors and offers numerous amenities, such as a sauna.

The cosy living room features a comfortable sofa area, armchairs, and a wood-burning stove, which, together with the firewood provided, offers pleasant warmth on cooler days. Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player, a hi-fi system, and a selection of books and DVDs. The dining area is equipped with a large dining table and a coat rack, inviting you to spend time together.

In the separate, enclosed kitchen, you’ll find high-quality appliances, including a glass-ceramic stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, a blender, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to easily prepare your favourite meals. Crockery, silverware, and tea towels are, of course, provided.

The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub and features a toilet, sink, hair dryer, mirror, and window. There is also a separate guest bathroom. The initial supply of bed linens, towels, and other amenities is included in the price.

A standout feature of the holiday home is its private sauna for exclusive use—enjoy privacy and relaxation here after an active day in nature. Central heating ensures comfortable temperatures year-round. Fly screens on the windows, privacy screens, and smoke detectors provide additional comfort and safety.

The wraparound terrace and covered balcony allow for relaxing time outdoors with a view of the well-maintained garden and the rural surroundings. Garden furniture is provided so you can fully enjoy the peaceful setting. The property is enclosed, offering families with children and guests with dogs extra space and security. Pets are welcome at Jolie’s Cottage.

There are two parking options available for your vehicle, including a carport and a private parking space. A vacuum cleaner makes it easy to keep the place clean during your stay.

The house’s location is ideal for actively exploring the charming Lake Constance region: The lake is right nearby (1 km)—perfect for swimming, sailing, or canoeing. Numerous other recreational activities, such as cycling, mountain biking, Nordic walking, hiking, and jogging, await you in the surrounding area. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy relaxing experiences through birdwatching, walking, or a day at the spa. Water sports, diving, and surfing are also available in the region. Whale watching and boat tours round out the diverse range of recreational activities.

The nearest shopping area is about a 3-minute walk away. Restaurants are just a 1-minute walk away, and the nearest public transport stop is about 750 metres away—ideal for a convenient arrival and departure or for trips to nearby towns.
