Holiday Home 'Les Vieilles Treilles' with Private Terrace, Garden, and Air Conditioning
We invite you to enjoy our house for your holidays in Corrèze. Located at the gateway to the Lot, in the village of Noailhac between the picturesque villages of Collonges-la-Rouge and Turenne, this stone house (180 m²) combines modern comfort with traditional charm.
The property is available for weekly rental during school holidays, and for weekends throughout the year with a minimum stay of two nights. The house is air-conditioned in summer and has a wood-burning stove for winter.
On the lower level, you will find a relaxation room with a pool table and bar. A jacuzzi is available only for weekly stays, with activation possible for an extra charge. This home is perfect for gatherings with friends or family.
After the entrance, you will discover a spacious 60 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and lounge, featuring a traditional fireplace. The rental also includes: 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with shower and toilet), 4 bedrooms, a small sitting room, a laundry room, and the relaxation room downstairs.
The house is detached. On the terrace side, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the village and surrounding countryside. The setting is calm and relaxing.
A cleaning fee applies. Heating/wood for the stove and air conditioning may incur additional charges if needed. A security deposit is required.
