Great Location!

I stayed here whilst on a week long work trip. It was a brilliant location and a really well stocked apartment. I would definitely stay again!

The perfect place to stay

Loved everything about this place. The host was very helpful and made sure everything was comfortable. It felt like home. Very convenient location and easy to get to. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Local/Clean!!

My wife and I came to WPB for the week to get my son situated in school. Perry's condo is excellent in every respect. Located in upscale neighborhood with Publix grocery store around the corner and "The Square" full of shops, Starbucks and a fountain that children regularly play in just a block away. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee pods, laundry and bathroom soaps, etc, waiting for us. We packed light so the in-unit washer/dryer was great to have. It is a third floor walk up-really 2 sets of stairs, so those with health conditions should be aware but otherwise, perfect! Perry is super responsive and always available. The building is gated and super secure but, really, the whole area felt super safe. And the beach is literally 9 minutes away! Just perfect!

Great location!

Very nice place, close to many shops and restaurants, Perry answered our questions immediately, we had a nice long weekend! Definitely coming back to Perry's apartment again!
