The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, plus a living room with a sofa bed. This is a single apartment with only one private sleeping area: the bedroom.



Outside, you have a private area with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals or enjoying peaceful moments surrounded by nature.



Guests at Borghetto can use a pleasant common room where, upon request and for an extra fee, typical breakfasts and dinners can be arranged. The strategic location—midway between Florence (40 km) and Siena (35 km)—makes it the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of Chianti and the charming medieval villages nearby, such as San Gimignano (18 km) and Volterra (42 km).



A beautiful panoramic pool (20 x 8 m) and a children's pool (10 x 10 m) are available from mid-May to the end of September, surrounded by greenery, with sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing and leisure. Private parking is available in front of the property.



The apartment features mosquito screens and welcomes small pets. Access is via a well-maintained gravel road of about 500 meters.
