Located on the ground floor of a well-maintained building with four apartments, this comfortably furnished holiday rental features a large terrace. Next to the apartment is a small, fenced-in rainwater retention basin where you can observe a wide variety of animals.

It measures approximately 72 m², features two separate bedrooms with beds for four adults, a large entryway, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious combined living and dining room, and a beautiful bathroom with a shower. It is very well equipped for 4 people. The living room opens onto your terrace.

A new, modern heat pump heating system has been installed throughout the entire apartment.

Shopping options are available in Petersdorf, just a 5-minute drive away. Dogs are very welcome here.

Fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven (with convection), exhaust hood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, pots and pans, dishes, and many other useful items.

Shower room/toilet: bright and modern.
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.

Dogs are welcome guests. Maximum of 2 dogs, medium-sized or smaller.
