Located in Ciudadela de Menorca, this peaceful 40 m² apartment is perfect for 2 guests, featuring 1 bedroom and a living room. It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. There is also a TV and a washing machine.



Relax in your private garden and on the open terrace. The property offers access to a shared outdoor pool and a children's pool. Please note, the large outdoor pool is temporarily closed due to recently detected cracks, so only the small pool is available. An outdoor shower is also provided to refresh after swimming.



A bus stop is right at the entrance of the complex, taking you to Ciutadella—the most beautiful city in Menorca—in just five minutes. Best of all, a lovely cove is just across the street. Events are not permitted on the property.
