Floatinghouse Brino WOMA D13 – Modern Houseboat with Rooftop Terrace and Panoramic Views

Spend carefree days with family and friends on our modern houseboats, moored in our home marina. The Brino accommodates up to 7 guests and features stylish furnishings, a gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, TV, two bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. Enjoy the spacious rooftop terrace and panoramic windows with views of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Swim, sunbathe, or relax by the fireplace—pure relaxation on the water!



The living room invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, and coffee machine. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, while large panoramic windows fill the space with natural light. Air conditioning is also available.



Sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with a double bed, a cabin with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a sofa bed for two, accommodating up to seven guests. The bathroom has an indoor shower and toilet. The generous sun deck with Bimini top, chairs, or lounge furniture is perfect for relaxing.



Important information:

Mandatory fees such as final cleaning, mooring, parking, and service charges are payable on site. Optional extras like early check-in, late check-out, bed linen, towels, folding bike, stand-up paddleboard, or gas grill are available for an extra fee. Pets are allowed for an extra fee.



Check-in is guaranteed from 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Key return is at 9 a.m. at the harbor master’s office.
