The Ses Figueres finca in Colonia de Sant Pere, Mallorca, offers 200 m² of space for up to 7 guests. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen features several coffee makers: espresso, French press, and filter. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a private TV, heating in all rooms, a private fan, shared washing machine and dryer, and a private workspace. For families, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, and access to a children's pool are available.



Outside, you will find a private garden, a covered terrace, several open terraces, and a private balcony—all with stunning sea views over the Bay of Alcudia. The private saltwater pool is available at all times and has an outdoor shower. A private barbecue invites you to enjoy relaxed outdoor meals.



There are 2 shared parking spaces on site. Dogs are not allowed, nor are events. Beach towels are provided.



The finca is located in the northeast of Mallorca, away from mass tourism, nestled in a botanical garden at the foot of the Llevant mountains and right next to a nature reserve. The natural beach Ca los Camps is right on your doorstep, as are hiking trails along the sea and into the Llevant mountains. The host lives on the property but not in the rented house.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und immer da wenn man ihn braucht. Die Finca ist absolut sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles was benötigt wird und diese ist top ausgestattet. Wir sind häufig auf Mallorca, dennoch hatten wir bisher nie eine solche Aussicht und Ruhe erlebt. Für Personen oder Familien die richtig entspannen möchten, ist es dort genau richtig. Wir sind uns sicher das wiederkommen werden. Danke für alles Matthias, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Phänomenal von Anfang bis Ende

Pros: Der Kontakt über Holidu und WhatsApp war durchweg sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Der erste Eindruck beim Betrachten der Bilder hat große Erwartungen geweckt. Der zweite Eindruck vor Ort hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich habe noch nie eine so freundliche, auf das Wohl des Gastes orientierte und strukturierte Begrüßung und Einführung erlebt! Die Finca mit Grundstück und Lage ist ein wahres Paradies, das von Tag zu Tag immer mehr begeistert. Es ist alles da, nichts fehlt, das Wohnen ist so wunderwunderbar, dass man es jeden Morgen kaum glauben kann. Auch nachdem man sich einige Tage eingewöhnt hat, fehlt rein gar nichts. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist so geschmackvoll dass man sich wie Zuhause fühlt. Kein moderner kalter Schnickschnack, stattdessen authentische Einrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Sauberkeit ist bis in die letzte Ecke beeindruckend. Es ist ein Paradies, das es so wohl nicht nochmal gibt! Cons: Uns hat ALLES gefallen.
