Just 50 m from the "Le Mickey" ski lift and 100 m from the Aravet cable car, this accommodation offers direct ski-in, ski-out access. The extension, adjoining the main residence, offers vacation rentals: a ground floor for 4 guests and an upper floor with balcony for 6 guests.

The "La Montagne aux Marmottes" animal park and many hiking trails start directly from the property. Italy is 30 minutes away, Turin 1 hour, and Briançon with its old town and UNESCO-listed Vauban forts are easily accessible. An adventure park is 1 km away, Lake Pontillas 1 km, and the La Grave cable car 15 km.
