The 80 m² apartment in Freiburg, district Munzingen, accommodates 6 guests (up to 8 maximum) with 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and both pod and filter coffee machines. High-speed Wi-Fi is available and ideal for video conferences. A dedicated workspace is provided. All living and sleeping areas, as well as the bathroom, have heating. Amenities include a TV, fans, washing machine, and ironing board. For infants and toddlers, there is a changing area, a baby bed (120*60 cm), and a high chair. The apartment has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase, occupies the entire upper floor, and offers views of the Southern Black Forest and Tuniberg.



You have your own approximately 30 m² partially covered terrace in the garden with furniture and a charcoal grill. By summer 2026, it will be completed with an outdoor kitchen and power supply. The apartment is quietly located at the edge of the vineyards in the idyllic wine and asparagus village of Freiburg-Munzingen.



A parking space in the carport (up to 210 cm height) and public street parking are available. Public transport is within easy walking distance. Playgrounds, sports fields, and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment may not be used for events.



The location is ideal for wellness, sports, nature, and culture. Discover Freiburg, Tuniberg, Kaiserstuhl, and the Black Forest. Alsace, Switzerland, and Europa-Park can be reached in minutes or within an hour.
