Private: property, garden 1'300 m2. Steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bus stop "Hult väg 40" 7 km, sandy beach "Skedesjön" 5 m. Fishing possibilities 5 m. Nearby attractions: Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby 50 km, Europe's largest motocross museum 50 km, Bullerbyn 40 km, Tändsticksmuseet in Jönköping 75 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].
"Hults-Kulla", 3-room house. Comfortable furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, TV and international TV channels. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, Sauna. Electric heating, wood heating, forced-air heating. Wooden floors, parquet floors. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful panoramic view of the lake. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
