Just a 9-minute drive from Pescara’s seafront (4.5 km) and 10 minutes from the city center (4.7 km), the 30 sqm Depandance offers you the best of both worlds: the peace of Spoltore—a quiet, green, and relaxing area—just steps from the Adriatic Sea, Pescara’s lively food scene, and its famous fish market.



The Depandance is ideal for families with one or two children seeking a peaceful stay near the sea. This independent studio comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children (or 3 adults). It features a double bed, sofa bed, private bathroom, fast Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work), air conditioning, TV, and a voice assistant to control music, weather, news, timers, and gate access.



Outside, you’ll find a shared garden with barbecue and outdoor shower—perfect for summer evenings. A children’s pool is also available on request.



On-site private parking with EV charging station—one of the few properties in the area to offer this. Shared bicycle storage. Shared washer and dryer. Tennis court about 15 minutes’ walk away.



A bar just a few meters away offers breakfast on request.

Eine tolle Wohnung und eine sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, und die Einrichtung war durchdacht. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell, und die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit. Auch der Garten ist wunderschön. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Die Anreise mit dem Bus gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, daher empfehlen wir, in Spoltore mit dem Auto anzureisen.
