Located in Saint-Émilion, this gite welcomes up to 4 guests with 1 private bedroom and 1 mezzanine bedroom adjoining the owners’ home. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning in the main room, Wi-Fi, TV, and washing machine. Families with children will appreciate the crib, high chair, and included breakfast service (except for stays longer than one week).



Outdoors, relax in your private garden, on the open terrace, or around the barbecue for al fresco meals. The outdoor spaces are perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together.



Two shared parking spaces and a communal bike storage area are available. One pet is welcome. Please note that parties are not allowed. A shared pool table is available for your leisure, and a tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away.

This was a great find. Very handy for exploring the area and we used it as a base while exploring out to the Dordogne as well. Very friendly host, great atmosphere and nice and quiet. Would thoroughly recommend.
