Niedernsill is a charming village in the heart of Austria's Salzburgerland region. Very centrally located between the famous ski resorts of Kaprun-Zell am See and the Kitzbühler Alps.
Just 20 minutes from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola to the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See in winter. Both beginners and families with children get their money's worth on the quiet slopes near the Niedernsill lifts. Here, there is a beginners' lift with a length of about 300 m and a drag lift with a length of about 600 m. By car, you can easily reach the Zell am See-Kaprun and Kitzbühel Alps ski areas
