Een huisje in het groen dus altijd koel. Dankzij draai/kiep ramen voorzien van horren kun je uitstekend ventileren. Dankzij thermostaatknoppen goed verwarmen. Het huisje van 125 jaar bevat alle snufjes van de huidige tijd. Noog nooit zo’n compleet uitgerust huisje gezien.De eigenaar is vriendelijk, hulpvaardig en hij respecteert uw privacy.Wij gaan volgend jaar terug.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy

Nachforderung nach Buchung wegen angeblichem Fehler des Gastgebers. Grundstück teils verwildert und ungepflegt Brennnessel vor den Fenstern. Fenster teilweise unsauber und voller alter Spinnweben. Fliegengitter unsauber. Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen und scheinbar wenig bis nichts investiert. Einige Wände nass und vergilbt, daduch Feuchtigkeit und Kälte in der Wohnung. Man hatte das Gefühl man holte seine Wäsche klamm aus dem Schrank. Erheblicher Lärm vom Strassenverkehr. (Hätte zumindest angegeben werden sollen) Gartensitzecke nicht nutzbar verschmutzt und sehr zugewachsen. Das Bild im Angebot von der Sitzecke ist ziemlich alt. Bretter des Lattenrostes fallen nachts schon mal raus. Kommunikation läßt zu wünschen übrig. Meine Mängelangaben habe ich alle fotografisch dokumentiert und können bei Bedarf belegt werden. Angebot wird beworben mit Klassifizierung von DTV mit 3 Sternen. Die Bewertung ist von 2017 und war 2020 abgelaufen. Komfortabler Landhausstil sieht für mich amders aus. Maßlos enttäuscht.

Siehe meine E-Mails vom 12.09.2026 an vrbo .com. Auf diese Gäste kann ich verzichten, wenn Sie die gemeinsam akzeptierten Vereinbarungen nicht einhalten wollten. Bei den Terrassenmöbel handelt es sich um ausrangierte Sessel und Tische und nicht für den Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei dem Fenster handelt es sich um ein 115 Jahre altes Fenster. An zwei Außenwänden befinden sich wilder Wein und Efeu, gemäß den Empfehlungen der Umweltverbände. Das Ferienhaus hat seinen Ursprung aus dem Jahre 1909 und hat zum Teil antikes Mobiliar; siehe meine 14 Fotos im Vermieterportal.
