This newly renovated 115 m² apartment in Olsberg, Sauerland, accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a modern wall-mounted fold-out bed in the living room. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine and Senseo, Wi-Fi, TV, and a spacious, separate dining and living area. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books available.



Relax on your private balcony with a beautiful view of the Ruhr—perfect for unwinding or barbecuing with your own gas grill. The large shared garden offers plenty of space for all ages and direct access to the river, ideal for cooling off on hot days. The generous living and dining area (approx. 35 m²) opens onto the covered balcony.



You can park for free on the street. Up to three pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. A lockable storage room for bikes and skis is at your disposal. Public transport is within easy walking distance.



The apartment is quietly located on a cul-de-sac yet central in Bigge. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside your door. The spa gardens and Ruhraue Bigge are nearby, while the town center, Generation Park with playgrounds, and Aqua Olsberg thermal baths are just a short walk away. A tennis court can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The new Kneipp AktivWeg connects the Ruhraue with further attractions of the Kneipp Experience Park.
