The “Boddenhus” at Gartenstraße 35 in Barth offers you all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay in its 60 m² of living space. Its excellent location provides a great view of the lake and is close to everything: The Bodden is only about 30 metres away, the nearest ferry is 200 metres away, and the train station is about 1,000 metres away. The centre of Barth, as well as doctors’ offices, a bank, and an ATM, are also nearby.

This house has two rooms: a bedroom and a bright living room, which, together with other amenities, are ideally suited to accommodate up to 3 guests. An extra bed is also available if needed. The accommodation is designed to be particularly child-friendly: a high chair, a cot, a stair gate, window screens, and privacy-screened windows are provided, as is a fenced-in, child- and dog-safe property. Appropriate amenities for babies are also available. Books and board games provide entertainment for the whole family.

The modern, open-concept kitchen with a dining table is fully equipped, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals. The following appliances are provided: dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven (with electric connection), refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and a full set of dishes and silverware. An ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine (for personal use), and a clothes rack offer additional convenience, especially for longer stays or for families.

In the living room, a satellite TV (44–55 inches, digital) provides entertainment; a radio is also available. Wi-Fi with speeds starting at 100 Mbit/s (e.g., via cable or fibre optics) is available at all times for work and leisure.

The house is equipped with 1 high chair for toddlers and 1 travel cot with a mattress (120 x 80 cm). However, bed linens and a cover for the travel cot mattress are not provided and must be brought by the guest. The cot is located in the TV cabinet, and the mattress is in the storage compartment under the living room couch (instructions are also included in the guest folder).

Because of the stairs, there are also 2 stair gates on site (in the shed) that can be easily hooked into the existing fixtures on the stairs. This ensures that small children on the first level (living room with a sleeper sofa and one sofa that can be used as an extra bed if needed) cannot fall down the stairs to the ground floor or climb up the stairs to the attic.
The practical amenities are also impressive: For your personal use, a washing machine, an ironing board, a drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner are available.

The bathroom is comfortable and spacious: It features a bathtub with an integrated shower, a sink, and a toilet. There is also a separate guest bathroom. A hair dryer, first-aid kit, and ample storage space round out the amenities.

The cosy dining area offers plenty of space for convivial meals. On sunny days, the balcony with an awning invites you to enjoy the fresh air and the view of the Bodden. Thanks to underfloor heating and central heating, the room maintains a pleasant temperature year-round. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors, and privacy screens on all windows ensure maximum security.

A free, private parking space is available right next to the house for your car. An e-bike charging station is also available, making the house an attractive option for cyclists.
