The building was newly constructed in 2018, and the apartment was newly and luxuriously furnished in July 2025. The spacious window fronts open onto Rathausplatz and the Steingasse pedestrian zone.



☕️ Take the elevator! Breakfast and snacks are available daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. On the ground floor is the flagship branch of the extremely popular Wolf Bakery.

The suite bedrooms feature modern box-spring beds (180x200 cm) with continuous comfort toppers. The underlying mattresses are split for two-person sleeping comfort.



In the living rooms, you'll find high-quality sofa beds for 2 people: You don't have to compromise on comfort here – a slatted frame and a 7-zone Sensoform mattress (also split for two-person comfort) ensure a good night's sleep.



Each room has electric shutters and additional curtains or blinds for optimal darkening.



Hypoallergenic bedding is standard with us.



Pillows and Duvets: The duvets are designed for year-round sleeping comfort. You'll receive multiple pillows of different sizes.



Extra and Baby Beds: One comfortable extra bed (90x200 cm) and 1-2 baby cots (60x120 cm) can be booked per suite.

Thanks to the set-back location, modern construction, and large window areas, the suites are quiet, bright, and exceptionally well-equipped.



📹 Video, Security, and No Parties



Entrance areas and the stairwell are under video surveillance. The suites are equipped with presence (motion) detectors and smoke alarms. Please note that the suites are not party venues/locations.



Guest Access:

On your arrival day, we'll send you your personal access code and brief instructions. Access is largely barrier-free, with an elevator available.



Other Things to Note:

🚗 Arrival by Car and Parking

The accommodation is located in a pedestrian zone. Please do not drive in or park in front of the house.

However: A comfortable parking garage is located 350 meters away. Guests receive discounts from us for this.





🚄 Arrival by Train

Augsburg Central Station is only 1.0 kilometer away. Munich can be reached by ICE high-speed train in 27 minutes.





🚲 Access by Bike

Guests can use the bike storage room in the basement. It's accessible by elevator and is located behind an inner door with an electric lock.





🧼 Information on Hygiene Standards

After each booking, the apartment is professionally cleaned – to hotel room standards. Bed linen and towels are hygienically prepared by a professional laundry service. Hypoallergenic bedding is standard with us. The accommodation has a Dyson air purifier.
