Ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz, Rückzugsorten und einem wunderbaren Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa und einem tollen Tisch, der viel Platz zum Essen und Spielen bietet. Ein großer Garten, in dem Fasan, Hase und Kaninchen zu Besuch kommen. Supermarkt und Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar. Und auch auf die Watt- und Seeseite der Insel gelangt man auf schönen Wegen.
