The large spacious holiday flat approx. 60m² for 4 people with its own balcony overlooking the Beetzsee, is located on the first floor of a detached house. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and is quietly situated in a side street with little traffic in the village of Radewege.
The grounds include a barbecue area, a playground, an indoor swimming pool and a sunbathing lawn. The beach is 300 metres away. It is very shallow and very suitable for small children. There is also a small sunbathing lawn.
The flat consists of a large living room with integrated kitchen and dining table. It has two separate bedrooms, both with double beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. A travel cot for children can be provided.
A restaurant is approx. 500 m away, a coffee shop with a small snack bar is 10 m away, the bakery is 300 m away and the shops are approx. 4 km and 7 km from the property. It is only 50 kilometres by bike to Potsdam and 60 kilometres to Berlin.
The property and the surrounding area are ideal for active recreation (cycling, swimming, fishing, etc.) Free fishing licences can be provided.
