Cycling enthusiasts enjoy rides along the famous bike path, which follows the old railway line from the Danube Valley to Bohemia, or the marked hiking trails of the Vorwald. The orchard in front of the terrace invites you to linger, play, or simply enjoy the fresh air. A park and a large public sports facility are located in the immediate vicinity. A village in the Bavarian Forest where all the daily amenities you need are within easy walking distance, yet it still offers peace and relaxation. The spacious 106 m² holiday apartment provides plenty of room for families or groups of friends and combines comfort with cosiness. Three bedrooms—each with a king-size double bed (200 x 200 cm)—two of which are equipped with their own showers and have direct access to the terrace and the orchard. A large bathroom, a separate guest bathroom, and a walk-in closet add to the comfort. With additional beds, the accommodation can sleep up to nine people. An open fireplace in the living room creates a warm, inviting atmosphere during the colder months. The fully equipped kitchen-living area features a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available. Wi-Fi, TV, heating, barbecue facilities, towels, a hair dryer, and bed linens are, of course, provided. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, the private garden, and the terrace—including a ping-pong table, sports equipment, and a barbecue area. The deposit is 50% of the total cost of your stay. Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A security deposit of 90.00 EUR is required upon key pickup to cover basic cleaning and protection of furnishings. Pets are not allowed.
