Discover the beauty of Switzerland away from the well-known Gotthard traffic jams - in our modern holiday flat, which offers more than just accommodation. Here you reside in an attractive chalet-style house that is by no means old-fashioned despite its long history. Thanks to a renovation at the beginning of 2023, the building envelope is state of the art in terms of modern energy supply. Here you can conveniently charge your electric car with solar power and enjoy an environmentally friendly holiday.

Inside, the cosy 4-room flat impresses with furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. It is ideal for four people, but can accommodate an additional guest thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and a fondue and raclette oven. The spacious dining area seats up to six people. Both bedrooms have a washbasin with mirror cabinet, ample storage space and a place to put clothes. The first bedroom with a double bed leads into an inviting arbour, while the second with two single beds has direct access to an attractive balcony.

The outdoor area invites you to relax with a small garden on the south side of the house. Equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue and parasol, it offers the perfect setting for cosy hours outdoors. There is also a parking space for one car and space for bicycles, including e-bikes, in a lockable garden shed. Right next to the car park is a modern charging station that supplies your vehicle with electricity from our new photovoltaic system.

Idyllic villages with all the necessary shopping facilities await you within walking distance of the holiday flat. In addition, the nature reserve and bathing area in the Reuss delta and the "Swiss Path" are just a 30-minute walk away. A wealth of activities such as mountain hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are right on your doorstep. With various small mountain railways nearby and quick access to better-known destinations such as Andermatt, Engelberg and Lucerne via public transport, there are plenty of leisure activities on offer.

Amazing!

Our stay was amazing! The hosts are so kind and thoughtful! The house was perfect! Clean and inviting and in the perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. We absolutely loved our time there and will definitely be recommending this home to everyone we know!! Such a beautiful area, we are so thankful to have been welcomed so kindly to the area!

Die Urschweiz - Immer eine Reise wert!

Super Gastgeber, super Wohnung, in der man auch Regentage gut verbringen kann, super Berge zum Wandern für alle Level mit vielen erschwinglichen Seilbahnen, alle Varianten von Wassersport auf dem Urner See, mehrere Alpenpässe in der Nähe, als Touristenort nicht überlaufen, nur die Buchung war grenzwertig: Weiterleitung zu e-domizil, alle Dokumente mehrfach und Zusatzgebühren in Höhe von 171 €

Die Wohnung ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Große Küche mit ebensolchem Tisch. Dort kann man sehr gut seine Speisen zubereiten und gemütlich zusammensitzen und gemeinsam essen. Die Zimmer sind schön hell und besitzen einen Balkon bzw. einen Wintergarten. Außerdem kann der Garten genutzt werden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Sie geben gerne Tipps und man Erfahrungen über Reisen austauschen.

Wer gerne in der Schweiz wandert, hat in Altdorf eine hervorragende Ausgangsposition. Wir haben jeden Tag bei unterschiedlichsten Wetter wunderbare Aktionen unternehmen können. Ob Baden im Urnersee, bergwandern und Schiff fahren oder spazieren gehen - alles gut machbar. Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 5 Personen ganz wunderbar und liebevoll ausgestattet.
