Burkes Beach Bungalow, Why cross 30 A when you don't have to. New 2026 Rates !! Our three bedroom, three bath, Bungalow is nestled next to Rosemary Beach in the prestigious gated neighborhood of Sunset Beach!Were right next door to Alys Beach as well. Dont be fooled by many of these listings on vrbo claiming to be in Rosemary Beach or being close to "A " beach. We are a private gated community with a private beach access. Weve been coming to this area since 1999. Some of these communities listed on this site do not even have beach access. Our Bungalow is 80 steps to the beach steps. Once Parked, You just walk or bike everywhere if you do not want to drive.

We are on the Southside of 30A across from Seacrest Beach, about 100 yards into Rosemary Beach town square. Once through the Iron Gates, You will know that you have arrived somewhere Exclusive and Special! The Brick paved street is lined with Palm trees that lead you to the beach and beachfront pool, exclusively for Sunset Beach guests! Completed updated in 2024

Why take a tram or shuttle or drive to the beach when you can walk from our Bungalow.

Walk to Rosemary Beach town square, Walk to some fabulous restaurants, shops, Pescado italian roof top bar and restaurant,Gallions in Rosemary is one of Faves, sugar shack candy store,The New Citizen casual seafood cuisine in Alys Beach, Gallions, Restaurant Paradis, Cowgirl Kitchen, Lolas , The Pearl, Starbucks, are all a short walk. Bike to Seaside or Seagrove, golf at famous Camp Creek or a short drive up to Destins Baytowne Wharf. Burkes Beach Bungalow has travertine marble floors throughout the first floor and master.

Gorgeous New Kitchen in 2022 with custom cabinetry, new quartz tops and all new appliances throughout the kitchen. New first floor bathroom and shower in 2025 !Solid Hardwood steps take you upstairs to two more bedrooms with there own private bathrooms with Limestone showers, pedestal sinks and more. Even the kids bunk room has its own beautiful bathroom.

Open up the french doors off the bedroom and you have your own private balcony overlooking the palm lined courtyards and other villas.

The first floor has two sets of french doors opening to your private, fenced, courtyard. Enjoy an evening fire, grill out or lounge here and catch some sun. You'll love our location and we think you'll love our Bungalow as much as we do.

We are the Burkes and we want you to come enjoy this area. Once you vacation here, we feel you will never want to go anywhere else. This is a great house in a great location. Halfway between Rosemary and Alys beach it's an easy walk to both. Being on the beach side of 30A is super convenient and it's nice having access to the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Location

We love staying at the Burkes Beach Bungalow every year. A couple of years ago, we were looking for a place that would allow us to bring our dog and be close to the beach. Great location, comfortable place to stay and great owners who make sure their guests enjoy their stay. We will always look to book this place again year over year.

Great stay at seacrest beach!

Had a wonderful time here with my family and two kids at Seacrest Beach! It was about an eight minute walk to the beach just down the stairs to the beautiful white sands and aqua waters. Host were very responsive with any issues that we had and made it right. Will definitely try and stay here again with the family !

Burke’s Beach Bungalow was as described. It was a clean, comfortable place that was very convenient to the beach, Rosemary, and Alys shops. No need for a shuttle. We didn’t realize we were going to be there during TN and KY fall break. So the constant flow of pedestrians and overcrowded beach was a downside. The AC worked great and the upstairs balcony was very nice. The Burke’s were great to work with and very responsive and helpful with recommendations.

Perfect Location

We had a great time on 30A! The home was in a perfect location for beach/pool access, shopping, & restaurants. Everything was literally a short walk or bicycle ride away. The home was comfortable, clean, and well equipped during our stay. This is a perfect place for memory making with the family.

Perfect Vacation!

We had a perfect vacation! The home was clean, beautifully updated and decorated, and conveniently located to so many great restaurants and shops. The living room was well set up for everyone to be in the space at the same time and having our morning coffee on the balcony was excellent. We will absolutely book the Burke’s property again when returning to 30A!

wonderful to be able to walk to beach with young grandkids. flat is smallish, not a lot of room for family to sit around table. being so close to beach makes up for a lot of inconvenience.

Dream Vacation and Dream Accomofayions

Dev and Jill were outstanding host! The accommodations were phenomenal, the location outstanding , short walk to multiple restaurants and shopping areas. Very nice and well situated property in Rosemary

We very much enjoyed our experience at the Burke Bungalow. The house is in great condition and has everything that you need for a great week at the beach. The best part of the house is probably the location being on the beach side of 30-A as well as walking distance to Rosemary and Alys towns. There are great places to eat and have drinks within a 10 minutes walk. Would definitely rent here again!

Location location location !!

We had a lovely two week vacation in Rosemary Beach!! We felt very welcomed and had the best appliances. Keurig, blender, coffee maker, toaster, lots of new kitchen utensils and pans. Everything you could think of was there. Short walk to the beach and a gated community, which was a plus during the busy spring break season. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great stay - thanks!

Rental provides 2 beach cruiser bikes and a few beach chairs (didn’t know this ahead of time). Parking is very narrow and tight if you are taking 2 cars. We had to park one car in parking lot inside community by pool (< 1 min walk).

Family Vacation

This property is in a prime location for our requirements. Easy access to great food and shopping. Best beach on the strip. Just the right amount of people. Not overly crowded. We did miss not having a King size bed on the property. Thought we could make a Queen size work. Overall 5 stars.

Great Seacrest/Rosemary Beach Location

We visited during our annual spring break holiday (which was 1 week later than everyone else's) with a family of 4 and our black lab. We were pleasantly surprised by the updated furniture and cleanliness in the bungalow, as well as the convenient location. Having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus and we loved the quiet balcony off of the 2nd floor guest room. If you want convenience to the beach, Rosemary/Seacrest/Aly's Beach restaurants and shops, this is the location to stay! The Burkes were great to work with and made our stay stress-free!

Great place for a relaxing stay

I would definitely recommend this rental. The beach is a short enjoyable walk, publix is a 7 min drive, nice neighborhood for morning walks, the house layout made sense with 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms. The only thing I wish could be better, which is out of the owners’ control, is the public pool is supposedly a heated pool but it sure was not for this mid October stay. The pool water was colder than the beach water and the pool stayed empty the whole week.

Perfect location!

My wife and I took our 10 month old daughter and spent a week at this property. We had a wonderful time. The property was a 3 minute walk to the beach and short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We only used our car to go to the grocery, else we walked. The property was clean and the check-in process was seamless. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyable 2023 spring break

Property was in a great location to explore Rosemary Beach and Alys beach. Beach access area was very crowded for spring break. 80% of access area was occupied by beach chair rental company. Plan to book beach chairs from rental company to get reasonable amount of space on the beach. Our family also enjoyed visiting Seaside and Grayton beach.

Great Bungalow

My family and I have been going to Florida beaches for years. I can honestly say that the Burke’s bungalow was by far the best place we ever stayed. The house is amazing, the property is absolutely gorgeous and the convenience is like no other! Within walking distance of beautiful beach and swimming pool. Right in the center of everything around Rosemary and Alys Beach. Only had one small issue during our stay and the Burkes took care of it immediately! 5 stars for sure!!

Great Fall Getaway

Great Location!

Very lovely home in gated community. Although, the pedestrian gate was not locked and lots of teenagers were in and out in the evening and very loud. I assume this was because of Fall Break. The location is excellent for walking to everything you need and the restaurants are very good!! Loved Lola!! Very nice stay!! The owners were very easy to work with, everything went very smooth!!

Uniquely located just next door to Rosemary Beach, southside of 30A so no roads to cross. Walk to everything, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, wine bar, sugar shack candy store,
Paradis, Edwards, the Pearl , Georges, Gallions, Amici's some of our faves but always ask for more recommendations. Youll love this location.

What makes this property unique

Beachfront Heated pool, southside of 30A,close to all shops,restaurants,coffee bars, candy stores, ice cream,bike to some great spots along scenic 30A like Seaside or Watercolor or some great fishing lakes. Rent a boat at Adventures at Sea and swim with the dolphins, snorkel and fish. Were on the southside of 30A, location is absolutely perfect for your family. A few steps to the beach, the beachfront pool is heated too, and you just walk or bike everywhere. Oh, and we allow small non shedding dogs too with the pet fee. Were filling fast, so book it now for your next family vacation.
