Wir haben diesen Sommer zum zweiten Mal in diesem charmanten Haus mit dem sehr schönen Garten Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Herrn König ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne verbringen wir hier weitere Urlaube.

optimale Lage mit Verbesserungspotential

Fantastische Lage, fußläufig zum Strand, großes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage im Wald. Für ein freistehendes Haus war es etwas klein. Die Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache. Tassen und Gläser haben Verbesserungspotential. Im Haus hat es leider muffig gerochen. Verbesserungsvorschläge unsererseits: Küchenutensilien aussortieren, die verrostet sind, Backofen ordentlich reinigen, Fliegengitter, da häufiger Besuch von Wolfsspinnen, viel "zusammengewürfeltes" Geschirr, wenig Stauraum in 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern, verrostete Tische im Garten, die keine wirkliche Funktion haben, bitte entsorgen. Piniennadeln vom Weg zum Haus kehren, wenn neue Gäste kommen.

Emplacement idéal à forte proximité de la mer à pied, et de la dune du Pilat. Quartier calme et très agréable. Maison typique, fonctionnelle, avec un grand terrain très arboré (pins). Arcachon accessible en velo par des pistes cyclables en 30 mns ou en voiture en 15 mns. commerces alimentaires à 10 mns en voiture. Nous recommandons.

La villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Même en demi saison la maison est agréable grâce à un chauffage performant. Elle est bien équipée. Le jardin est très agréable, le propriétaire très accueillant. A noter: le chemin pour aller de la rue à la maison est très pentu, mais le jardin à l’arrière est plat et bien clos

Un écrin dans les pins

Typique maison du Bassin nichée dans les pins à 300 m de la plage et 500 m de la dune du Pyla. Nous avons pu profiter des prestations environnantes, de par la situation parfaite de cette maison pleine de charme, qui est conservée telle une véritable maison de vacances du bassin. Eigenlich sollte dieses Haus mit seinem verwunschenen Garten ein Geheimtipp bleiben. Wunderbare Lage, nah zum Stadtstrand und unweit der Dune du Pilat. Toller, schattiger Garten, das Haus total nett, perönlich und sauber eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht, dass alles recht ist. DANKE! Stunning villa and gardens in the pines.

We stayed for a week in late July early August with our 2 children 8 and 9. We absolutely loved this place in its lovely neighbourhood, just a stones throw from the beach. We bought croissants and fresh bread every morning from the wonderful patisserie at the Hotel Ha(a)itza just down the road. You are literally a 10 minute walk from the Grand Dune. The villa is beautiful, it's like you are living in the pines surrounding the property. Michèle the owner, was there to welcome us on arrival and we felt right at home. We had a lovely time here as a family and were all very sad to leave. We hope to stay here again some day.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kindern in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Pyla sur Mer einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Der Vermieter Herr Koenig spricht sehr gut Deutsch, was uns den Kontakt und die Übergabe im Haus deutlich erleichtert hat. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und auf modernem Stand. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen; ein Strand, Restaurant, Minigolf und eine einem Hotel eingegliederte Bäckerei nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die große Terrasse ist zum Teil überdacht, so dass wir auch wenn es einmal regnete draußen sitzen konnten. Zum Glück war dies kaum nötig, so dass wir lieber im großen Garten unter Seekiefern gegessen haben. Es gab nichts, was wir im oder am Haus vermisst hätten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit dem Haus und dem Grundstück sehr zufrieden

Das Haus und das Grundstück entsprach der Objektbeschreibung. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Garten liebevoll gestaltet. Die Hausausstattung war sehr gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war bei der Übergabe sehr nett und freundlich. Die vereinbarten Termine bei der Anreise wurden variabel organisiert. Der Vermieter gab uns gute Ratschläge (Einkaufen; Strand, Restaurents usw.). Wir können das Objekt sehr gut weiter empfehlen, weil wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Excellent vacation home

This is beatiful house with a gorgeous garden. Very well equipped. Close to the Dune du Pyla, and to the local beaches at the entrance of the bassin. Can be recommended without hesitation.
