This generously laid out holiday villa is located along the coast of the village of Poljica. The village is approximately 10 km away from the UNESCO-protected historic town of Trogir. It is surrounded by a pine forest and provides much privacy.

Each of the three floors benefits from its own spacious sea view terrace with garden furniture. And downstairs in the garden area you find your private, 32m² infinity pool protected from the wind by a glass fence and surrounded by sun loungers. From here you can enjoy truly panoramic sea views. The stone summer kitchen with a BBQ is suitable for big family dinners and provides an authentic Dalmatian ambience. Since it's covered you can enjoy long barbecue evenings even when the weather is not perfect. Shaded parking is also available right in front of the villa.

The villa belonged to a local fisherman turned successful businessman. He used the villa as his retirement sactuary which today is still reflected in the stylish design features and luxurious facilities, both interior and exterior. The traditional Dalmatian details such as a stone summer kitchen in combination with unconventional, modern architecture lend the villa its unique flair. The fully air conditioned holiday villa boasts a generous living space of 300 m² and can accommodate up to 15 persons. It is spread across three floors. The ground floor consist of an open plan living-/dining area with a large, fully equipped kitchen. The living area is furnished with a corner sofa, a flatscreen satellite television, CD player, a dining table with chairs and even table soccer. Next to it the top modern kitchen is complete with breakfast bar, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The six bedrooms are on the upper two floors. All have a flatscreen television and air-conditioning unit, and four come with their own private Ensuite bathroom. The four ensuite bathrooms and the two additional bathrooms for shared use offer a walk-in rain shower, wash basin and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen, towels and wireless internet are provided free of charge.

Split can be reached within a 40-minute drive and the village Marina is just 3 km away.

The guest house features a private beach area. The sea around Poljica is very clean and ideal for diving. Guests can also enjoy homemade liquor and olive oil.
