A queen sofa bed in the living room with TV/DVD/Stereo, dining area with table for four, kitchen and half bath make up the main floor area. A full sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach towels, chairs, cooler and wireless internet are also provided.
Private off street parking and professionally landscaped perennial garden makes this a perfect cottage for a couple or small family. The cottage has central AC and is furnished with ”country living” decor and typical Nantucket character. A great location for walking or biking to all parts of the island, and terrific views of the windmill! Take a five minute walk to Main Street, shopping and restaurants…

This is a very good location to get to all the downtown attractions as well as jump on the bike path for walking, running biking to other parts of the island.

This cottage is perfect for a couple, additional child or small group of friends. It is very attractively appointed.
