One king size bed, one queen size bed with lofted XL twin above. Central AC and heat. Fully-stocked high end kitchen and 1.5 baths, wifi, three TVs, shared laundry in basement. Private entrance with smart lock. Shared outdoor patio with gas grill. Comes with beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Max of four guests. Note: Primary guest entry opens into the second bedroom. There is a secondary exit to a shared internal staircase.

This property is the perfect condo in the perfect location. Recently renovated with all high-end finishes and appliances. Central air. One site shared laundry in basement. WiFi, SmartTV, TVs in living room and each bedroom. Private outdoor keypad entrance. Located on a nice quiet street with a beautiful view of the stars at night - make sure to look up! Walk to town in less than ten minutes (street route or another route through the Lily Pond nature preserve), walk to the beach, walk to Something Natural bakery through the nature walk behind the Oldest House.
