One flat is on the ground floor with a living space of approx. 60 square metres, air conditioning, 22 square metres terrace. It has a dining room with TV and a kitchen with gas cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, microwave with oven and grill function and coffee machine. Shower, separate WC. Two bedrooms with double bed (one bedroom with LED TV) and a small bedroom with double sofa bed 160 x 200 cm in comfort height, approx. 45 cm recommended for a child or teenager. There is also a shower and separate WC as well as a large 22 square metre covered terrace.
The second flat with separate house entrance with an area of approx. 70 square metres is spread over two floors, one part on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. The part of the flat on the ground floor has an area of approx. 20 square metres and has a kitchen with a 2-burner gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a dining area and a bathroom with shower and WC. The upper floor has an area of approx. 50 square metres and consists of a bedroom and living room with air conditioning, pull-out couch 160 x 200 cm, at a comfortable height of approx. 45 cm recommended for a child or teenager, LED TV. Two double bedrooms and a large covered balcony. The flat remains pleasantly cool even when outside temperatures exceed 30 degrees. Blinds and fly screens on all windows and balcony doors. No smoking in the house. Smoking on the terraces, balconies and garden terrace, gazebo possible. The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Separate laundry room. Laundry service free of charge.
