The interior of the tastefully furnished flat leaves nothing to be desired. On 56 m² of living space, you will find a living/bedroom with access to a spacious south-east-facing balcony, a separate bedroom with insect screens on the windows, a modern bathroom, a useful storage room and a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining table, including radio, cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. WLAN, a Blu-Ray player and two televisions provide entertainment.

Useful amenities await you in the outdoor area of the villa to make your stay even more enjoyable. There is a coin-operated washing machine and a lockable bicycle storage room in the basement, with a bicycle ramp for easy access via the basement stairs. A short-term parking space directly at the house as well as a parking space in the multi-storey car park in Wylichstraße, about 400 m away, belong to the flat and increase the comfort of your stay.

The flat is in an exceptionally central location, nestled between the famous Kurhaus and the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, just a few steps from the beach, the pier, the main shopping street and the spa gardens. The historic spa architecture with its numerous white villas characterises the townscape and creates a unique atmosphere.
