The spacious flat with approx. 90m² of living space is spread over the first and second floor of the house. It offers enough space for four people and has two bedrooms on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a 180x200cm bed, which can be separated into two single beds (90x200cm). The centrepiece of the accommodation is a spacious living room with sofa corner and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a dining table for up to four people. A bathroom with shower and small washing machine as well as a separate WC round off the offer. The flat is spread over two floors: 1st and 2nd floor. The owner's flat is located on the ground floor - but is unoccupied during the rental period. The tenant has sole use of the upper flat and the garden.
Shopping facilities are approx. one kilometre from the house. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails around Lake Ossiach. Other places of interest include the "Pöllingerhütte" mountain and alpine pasture museum, Elli Riehl's doll museum and the mushroom museum.
Pets are not generally prohibited, but we would like to point out that the property is surrounded by a hedge but not fenced in, and dogs can very easily get onto neighbouring properties and the road. The house stands on a plot of approx. 400m² with its own bathing jetty.
