Inside, you will find a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa area and a dining area right next to the open-plan kitchen in Arve. The bedroom in pine with laminate flooring and another bedroom, also with laminate flooring, add a special flair. The flat is barrier-free, equipped with a new shower, which is also suitable for wheelchair users, and a lift. There is also a communal washing machine in the building (only after consultation with Nadine Schommer).

The outdoor area boasts a sunny balcony with views of the impressive mountain landscape. Car park no. 5 is available directly in front of the house, and the flat is barrier-free, so that guests with limited mobility can also feel at home here. Internet, TV with satellite connection, radio and telephone are further features that will make your stay pleasant and relaxing.
