Only recently newly built in 2016 and stylishly furnished, the villa features a generous living space of 180 m² and can accommodate up to eight guests.
Ground Floor There is a large open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area. The kitchen boasts a coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and toaster. The dining area offers seating for up to eight people. There also is a cloakroom with a WC and sink.
Lower Ground (Pool Level) On this floor you will find the master bedroom with an extra-large double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds. There is a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. A small landing opens onto the pool area. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two additional guests.
