I rent my house which is in front of the sea, surrounded by pine trees, with wonderful views of the island of cabrera (natural park) with the beach just 200 meters, the house is a modern construction, with private pool, private solarium, the pool is outside with 8 by 4 (large pool) has the whole house with direct sea views, with air conditioning included in the price, cable TV and satellite dish, plus high speed wifi, barbecue, microwave, various cafetras, telivision screen 55, the house is surrounded by expectacular restaurants which can be reached on foot the same as the beach, the same as the beach,The house is surrounded by spectacular restaurants which can be reached on foot as well as the beach, it is advisable to have a car if you want to visit mallorca, from the terraces you can see the fabulous beach of es trenc which is only 20 minutes from the house, without a doubt an impressive beach like those of the caribbean if not better.
It is totally forbidden to have parties or events of any kind.
