As well as the possibility of practising numerous indoor and outdoor activities, sports of all kinds, climbing,... Casale " La Baiona " is a beautiful holiday home, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good country air. It is located in the locality of Pole, a small hamlet in the municipality of Acqualagna(PU), famous for its renowned truffle, a culinary delicacy and a real treasure guarded by the territory. The structure consists of three independent flats located on the ground floor, each equipped with every comfort and with its own outdoor space: garden, gazebo and outdoor table. The pride and joy of the farmhouse is, without a shadow of a doubt, the marvellous outdoor swimming pool immersed in the breathtaking natural landscape that surrounds the entire structure. Our guests will be able to fully enjoy the scents, colours and pleasant sensations that the splendid location, with its typically rural connotations, brings with it. We are open from 2 May until the end of October: come and spend your summer holidays with us, you will be poacevolente amazed!!!
The structure consists of three independent flats. Each one consists of a super-equipped kitchen, bedroom (with double and single bed plus a possible extra bed), bathroom. They are also equipped with wifi internet and satellite TV.
Outside the house, a splendid outdoor swimming pool is certainly the main attraction for guests. It is ideal for regenerating body and mind and cooling off on hot summer days. The typically rural landscape brings with it a wide variety of scents and colours. The gazebos and relaxation areas outside the pool and the house itself allow guests to relax and switch off from their hectic daily routine, and the outdoor garden for the exclusive use of guests, the large outdoor table and the two barbecues complete the outdoor scenery of the farmhouse.
The farmhouse is about 200 m from the main road. It is easily accessible by car. The road is asphalted except for a very short stretch of a few metres. Immediately after the 'Pole' road sign, just turn right and drive along the road for a few hundred metres.
Near the house, there is a grocery shop (500m), supermarket (2km), pharmacy and bar (1km). The centre of Acqualagna is 3km away, here you can find all kinds of physical shops: returns, bars, clothing,... The sea is only 40 km away, and there is also the possibility of mountain excursions or on trails in general, all in the vicinity of the facility (by bike or on foot).
