Casa Margherita is a pretty rustico in Zignago, above Brenzone, with a magnificent view of the lake: you can see Isola Trimelone, Malcesine and Monte Baldo as well as the steep banks of the west coast of the lake. Casa Margherita is in an absolutely quiet location. Even in the high season, there is no hustle and bustle and no traffic. The nearest beach is just 1500 metres away. It can also be reached on foot (800 metres). And there is a nice terrace restaurant in the village that also offers delicious wood-fired pizzas (300 m). The property is fully fenced and locked by an automatic gate, the opening code of which is given to the customer on arrival. Access to the flat is via an external staircase to the terrace. There are also stairs inside the flat, e.g. 10 steps to the kitchen.

This is a good starting point for beautiful walks or bike rides and the beach is 500 metres away and can be reached via a path or 1 km by car.

The place Castello di Brenzone is a small place above Brenzone; it is very quiet. The municipality of Brenzone is actually made up of several villages that lie one behind the other along the Olive Riviera. The territory also includes the island of Trimelone, not far from the shore, with the remains of an old fortress. Thanks to its geographical position between the lake and the mountains, Brenzone is a favourite place for sailing events, windsurfing and wonderful hikes in the hinterland and to the mountain peaks. The olive oil, which is cultivated on the slopes according to ancient tradition, is one of the best quality oils in the area. Worth seeing: the medieval mountain village of Campo (no longer inhabited), the little church of San Zeno in Castelletto. Hikes to Montebaldo and along the lakeshore *viewpoint. Events: Good Friday: Via Crucis; June to September: sailing regatta. August: concert at San Lorenzo (Campo)
