Casa Medina is a modern house on two floors, just 300 metres from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente, whose crystal clear turquoise waters make them ideal for swimming and diving enthusiasts.

The exterior of the house is also very well designed, as it has a beautiful Roman style swimming pool (i.e. with a staircase), an outdoor shower, an open terrace ideal for sunbathing, and another covered by an original pergola, ideal for organising outdoor dinners. At night, the beautiful play of light in the pool area will certainly stand out, thanks to which the pool and the beautiful cobblestone wall seem to take on another dimension and texture.

The property is nicely decorated and furnished. Stairs from the street give access to the property. The main entrance is under a small covered terrace and leads directly into a small hall which serves as a hallway. To the left of the hall are the dining room, the living room and the kitchen. The living room is certainly spacious and stands out for its large windows, which give it a great luminosity and beautiful views that reach as far as the sea. It is fully furnished with three sofas, plasma TV, satellite, DVD and air conditioning. The dining room is also spacious and bright. It has a beautiful dark wooden table and white leather chairs. Each of the four bedrooms has an en suite bathroom (one of them with a bathtub and the other three with a shower). It is worth noting that all the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning/heat pump, making Casa Medina an ideal choice for both the hotter summer months and the cooler autumn and spring months.
