A separate kitchen with high-quality fitted units is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and various kitchen appliances. Modern amenities such as WiFi and cable TV provide entertainment and comfort. Upstairs you will find three separate bedrooms, complemented by a modern bathroom with shower.

The outdoor area of the house is equally inviting. A beautifully manicured garden, surrounded by lush shrubs, provides a high level of privacy and features a charcoal barbecue and a covered terrace with a spacious table and comfortable chairs for relaxed al fresco dining. For cyclists, the Drau cycle path R1 leads past, while the surrounding mountains and forests invite you to go hiking and mountain biking. The nearby towns of Klagenfurt and Villach offer cultural and culinary experiences with their traditional dishes.
