Welcome to our serene holiday villa in Ranna, on the southern coast of Sri Lanka, perfectly designed to accommodate 6- 8 guests. This detached house is an ideal retreat for those dreaming of a peaceful getaway by the sea, with the beach only a mere 40 meters away, and a tranquil lake found at a 400-meter stroll.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature that surrounds this property, complemented by the convenience of a private pool and a lush garden, both exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The house boasts three tastefully appointed bedrooms and three well-equipped bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. A large dining and lounge area with an indoor courtyard and an entertainment room which can be used as a bedroom for the kids or as a play area makes it the ideal place for a family group and kids to have a break from using their smartphones.

While the interior of the house promises relaxation and comfort, the outdoors invites leisurely days spent in the cabanas or beach, where the sea breeze gently reminds you of the close proximity to the water. The large pool with two cabanas and the BBQ area with the beachball court is an incentive to relax outdoors enjoying the view and absorbing the sound of the waves. Despite the serene location, you're never too far from civilization, with the nearest town center just 4 kilometers away, offering grocery stores for your everyday needs. For guests who want to avoid the boredom of supermarket shopping, take a walk to the local village fresh produce markets where you can buy your organic vegetables and fruits and fresh seafood.
The menu provides for local, western and Asian dishes. Guests staying for 7 nights have the option of buying their own supplies and using the services of the chef free of charge to prepare the meals. Free cookery lessons also form part of this option. We do not sell liquor but guests can bring their own stocks for consumption at the villa free of charge.
Guests staying for 7 nights travelling together get free pick up to bring you to the villa. For 10 day stays you get free pick and drop off travelling together. For less than 7 night stays we can arrange for transport at a reasonable rate. Our staff do a wash only laundry service and give you an iron to do your own ironing.

Designed for a comfortable stay, the villa has air conditioning in all the 3 bedrooms and entertainment room which can also be used as a bedroom for the kids.

Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the beach, located just 40 meters from your doorstep, explore the nearby lake at 400 meters, or simply relax in your private pool and garden or explore the beach, this holiday house in Ranna offers the perfect base for a memorable holiday by the sea.
Day trips to the largest three game reserves , Yala, Udawalawe and Lunugamvehera can be arranged. Day trips to the UNESCO listed Heritage City of Galle, the dolphin and whale watching sites, the Kalametiya Bird Sanctuary where more than 60 species of birds are seen, the hill town of Ella, famous for the nine arches railway bridge, waterfalls and cool climate with its tea plantations, and many surfing, snorkeling and diving spots can be visited as they are all located in the neighborhood.
