Spanning a generous 155 m² on the ground floor, this bright apartment features four bedrooms, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, a storage room, as well as a terrace and garden.
A particular highlight: the unobstructed view of the greenery and across the Coastal Canal.
