We are offering a total 6 apartments in newly built house in beautiful dalmatian village of Mimice, only 10 km away from the town of Omiš. All apartments are well equipped and comfortable, with wide terraces and breathtaking sea view.
Apartment has separate entrance and spacious terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea, with garden table and set of chairs. Plus an access to a shared outdoor swimming pool and sundeck. Pool area is fenced. Outdoor barbecue area in front of the facility (shared). Parking is secured outside of facility.
Apartment D-2B is 45 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living/dining room with sofa (double bed), flatscreen TV and dining table. There are two bedrooms in apartment. Master bedroom has king size double bed (160 cm wide) and second bedroom includes two separate single beds (90 cm wide). Apartment has its own kitchen with utensils, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine and dining area, as well as adjoining bathroom with a shower cabin and hair dryer. Apartment has air conditioner in living room and free wi-fi. Spacious terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea has table and set of chairs, plus an access to a shared outdoor swimming pool and sundeck. Parking is secured outside of facility.
Nearest beach is about 400 metres away. Beach is natural pebble stone. There is also a sand beach with shallow swimming area suitable for small children within 10 km distance. The village center with couple of restaurants, bars and supermarket is approximately 800 metres away.
Please note that whole our riviera is positioned on the mountain slope, so walking around the place requires fair physical shape. Other than that beaches and village center are accessible by car and there is parking area in the village center. Whole property has access to free wi-fi and there is travel bed for small children available upon request. We also can provide our guests with iron, ironing board, laundry machine and high chair, all available upon request.
