The 42 m² holiday apartment is located on the second floor (accessible by lift) and is standardly equipped for 2 people; however, it can accommodate an additional third adult or two children. The apartment features a living area with a pull-out double sofa bed, an armchair, and a dining area. The balcony is accessible from the living room, where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. The bedroom has a double bed and an additional TV. The separate and well-equipped kitchen features a window, stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.



Villa Regina Maris is located on the historic Bergstraße in Bansin, the youngest of the three imperial spas. Characterised by spa architecture, the beautiful houses and hotels on this street evoke the spa life of bygone eras. Via Bergstraße and the promenade, you can reach the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach in two minutes. The house enjoys a central yet quiet location. It serves as a starting point for a wide range of activities: the forest begins right behind the house, beautiful biking and hiking trails lead directly along the sea, and the 285-meter-long pier with its dock for excursion boats is also within easy reach. Bicycle storage is available in the attached underground car park. There is also a room there with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The house is smoke-free.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
